-While most of our other campaigns were focused on recruiting new employees, we also knew we had an opportunity to reengage inactive BAYADA nurses who were still employed with us, but haven’t worked a shift recently.
-Knowing that many nurses were dealing with their own personal crises as a result of the pandemic, our messaging was centered around our flexible scheduling options and our commitment to keeping them safe with PPE.
-Over 5,000 inactive employees were contacted via email, with a 28% open rate.
-21 nurses expressed interest in coming back to work.
