We created an infographic to showcase our response efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic and how the resources provided impacted the public. We highlighted specific numbers including:​
- 60+ hours of FAQ calls​
- 3,000+ COVID webinar views​
- 2,000+ helped through CMS waiver updates​
- 4,000+ assisted through FAQs​
- 3,000+ helped from COVID educational documents​

We catered this outreach to our eNews subscribers and wanted to use it as an opportunity to further expand on our response efforts to support providers during the pandemic. ​

For our social media posts, we wanted the designs to be cohesive with the infographic that acted as the main source for this information. We also wanted to use this as an opportunity to re-iterate that CHAP is patient centered and partner focused.
