Entry Information

Entries should include project background, goals, challenges, metrics of success defined at the start of the campaign, and the achieved results that can be shared publicly.

Entries and campaigns should address a challenge in the marketplace, utilize outstanding creative elements and design aesthetic, and incorporate a thorough marketing plan to deliver a successful execution. Entries should outline and display specific marketing goals and objectives accomplished through creative execution and strategic planning as part of the submitted campaign.

Campaigns must have been created and placed into market between October 1, 2022 and December 31, 2023.

Please Note: All materials must be provided upon the time of entry. Aging Media will not accept hard copy materials with ANY submission. Materials should be submitted via the entry form, or sent to awards@wtwhmedia.com. Aging Media accepts submissions from major file transfer or sharing services such as WeTransfer, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box.

Early Bird Entry Fee: $495 per campaign from October 1 to December 15, 2023

Regular Entry Fee: $595 per campaign for entries from December 16, 2023 to January 15, 2024

*Please note: There are no discounts for entering the same campaign in multiple categories. Each entry will be judged against those in that particular category.

Judges will be asked to evaluate the submissions based upon the materials entered including the written, visual and audio/video content. Judges will assign a confidential score on each entry from 1 to 100, with 1 being lowest grade and 100 being the highest.

They will be considering the following:

  • Creativity
  • Style & Impact
  • Quality
  • Goals & Result

An average of each of the judges scores will be compiled and tabulated. In the event of a tie, the judges for the category shall re-convene and select a final winner between the entries. Awards will be presented for the first, second and third place winners in each industry and category, classified by entries submitted for both vendors or providers.

The top three in each category will be classified:

  • Winner
  • Second Place
  • Third Place

  • Who will choose the winners?

    The winners will be chosen by our expert team of judges.

    *Please note that any judge who was involved with a project submitted will not be able to cast a vote for that particular project and a representative from AMN will take their place.

  • What do I receive after I submit my project?

    You will receive an email from us confirming your submission, along with a receipt. We will also send a confirmation email once your entry has been reviewed to ensure compliance, quality control, and any other materials that may be required.  Once we have received all entries, we will add them to the site as Nominees.

  • Are refunds available for submission fees?

    No. Submission fees are non-refundable.

  • Can I sponsor the awards or a particular category?

    Yes, the judges will name a winner, second place and third place in each category.

    If an entry is submitted with payment and proper materials for consideration, it will be considered a nominee for that particular category.

  • Should I submit more material than is required?

    More does not always mean better. Your submission should be clear and concise with the right amount of information to let a professional evaluate the entry.

    Consistent feedback from Aspect Awards judges has been that they want to see results. If you are comfortable sharing data to show the impact of your campaign, please do! It helps them get a fuller picture of what you accomplished.

  • How much does it cost to submit an entry?

    We offer special early bird pricing of $495 when entry is submitted before December 15, 2023.

    The full price for entry is $595 if submitted between December 16, 2023 – January 15, 2024.

    Submissions can be paid using any major credit card through the entry form.

  • What is the deadline for submission entries?

  • Is it a requirement to use the template for our submission?

    Yes. We require the use of the template for presentation to the judges and to use on our website to showcase your submission. We also need the files embedded within the PowerPoint deck to showcase on the website to be sent separately. If one or the other is not present, the submission is considered incomplete. No exceptions. Additionally, the PowerPoint file should be less than 50MB in file size. We advise that you size your images at no less than 400px W (length can be variable to image) at 72dpi resolution.

    We ask that you do not include video files in your PowerPoint submission. (Embedding video files will result in a PowerPoint file that exceeds the 50MB size limit and prevent upload to the Aspect Awards website.)

    We suggest that you include links to your Vimeo or YouTube video(s) for the judges to view.

  • How can we send the images to display on the website to you?

    For web display, the PowerPoint file submitted with your entry will be what is shared on the website. Our design team will remove any erroneous slides not necessary to showcase the nominee – but the design of the PowerPoint file will be the primary display online.

  • Can I include video files in my submission?

    We ask that you do not include video files in your PowerPoint submission. (Embedding video files will result in a PowerPoint file that exceeds the 50MB size limit and prevent upload to the Aspect Awards website.)

  • What information do I need to submit?

  • What will we receive as a nominee and/or winner?

    All nominees will receive recognition on the Aspect Awards website and via email distribution. In addition, all nominees and AMN-selected material from the submission will be featured on the Aspect Awards website.

    Winners will receive a mention in a national press release and an exclusive online badge that can be displayed on your website. Winners can also purchase a physical plaque from our awards store.

  • I’m a vendor supporting these industries. Can I enter or is this awards program just for providers?

    Yes, a provider or vendor may enter in the respective industry and campaign category. View last year’s winners here for an example.

  • What if my project does not fit within the behavioral health, home health and home care, hospice and palliative care, senior housing/living or skilled nursing categories?

    If your submission does not fit exactly to one of those industries, you may choose to submit the one that fits closest if you would like. For questions, email us at awards@wtwhmedia.com.

  • Why apply?

    The Aging Media Network (AMN) Aspect Awards is a competition and marketing event that showcases innovative and dynamic marketing and advertising campaigns across the post-acute and senior care space. Judged by a panel of experienced industry professionals, this competition draws entries from across the United States and internationally that showcase the latest trends in marketing the care continuum. Entrants may be featured as nominees in announcements and stories that run on AMN’s publications bringing recognition to the organizations and firms/agencies that helped bring the project to life.

    This program is a way to market and showcase your organization or your work for your client. Entrants look at programs such as this as a means to showcase their expertise and talents to the industry.
